Vertical Content Firm MoreFocus Bought By NameMedia

By Rafat Ali - Mon 31 Jul 2006 03:09 PM PST

Domain name monetization/search firm NameMedia has bought out vertical content provider MoreFocus...no financial terms were disclosed.
San Diego-based MoreFocus was founded in 1997 and develops online content on about 5,000 topics delivered across its subject-specific site network, and database of around 10 million consumers, the companies said.
NameMedia will use the company’s content for its network of domain name placeholders.
