Starbucks To Relocate Content Office to LA

Updated, read below: This should be fun: Starbucks will be relocating its content division from Seattle to LA, closer to Hollywood. Starbucks president Ken Lombard said the move demonstrates its commitment to its entertainment strategy. “The opening of this office would bring a portion of the Starbucks Entertainment content team closer to the music labels and movie studios with whom they are in constant communication,” he said.

Updated: A spokesperson tells AP that no lease has been signed and there is no timeline for such a move at this point. “It’s something that we’re exploring as an opportunity,” spokerperson said
