Samsung Unveils Combo Phone-PC-Music-WiMax Device

Another example of how mobile devices are morphing ... Samsung is billing the Mobile Intelligent Terminal—30G hard drive 5-inch screen, full fold-out keyboard— as the first WiMax device that also works as a mobile phone. The three-way foldable device has enough power to run full Windows XP. It can be used for video phone calls, watching television and, of course, internet access. It goes on sale in South Korea, which is a serious testbed for WiMax, during the first half on next year.  More from the AP.
