Playboy Enterprises Buys Club Jenna, Including Websites

Though the amount wasn’t disclosed, this would have involved some serious money, considering the brands: Playboy Enterprises is buying Club Jenna, an adult entertainment business founded by Jenna Jameson. The acquisition includes a film production business, a video library, a group of websites and DVD retail distribution deal.
Christie Hefner, Playboy CEO: “This acquisition will allow us to diversify our content offerings in the domestic TV business, while, on the online side, also expanding their existing properties through our network of sites.”
