@ OPA Global Forum in London

I have to start with this: the venue, The Landmark hotel, is absolutely beautiful...there is no other way to put it. The hotel rooms are as big as my apartment in Santa Monica...and it definitely helps that someone else is paying for it.
We had the pre-conference reception this evening, and judging by the attendee and speakers list, it seems OPA has managed to gather the right people, in a relatively non-commercial, non-advertising-driven environment...whether that converts into good panels and conference energy will be answered in the next two days.
Expect our usual brand of coverage...now I need some sleep.
