Jonathan Hoenig Files Suit Against James Cramer and TheStreet.com: Another Cramer controversy. The complaint alleges that Cramer made untrue statements (in a Column on TheStreet.com) that harmed Hoenig’s reputation in his business as a hedge fund manager and financial commentator.
