iVillage’s Revenue Increase; Posts Small Profit

For iVillage, Q2 revenues were $16.5 million, a 25% increase when compared to revenues of $13.2 million for the same period one year ago. It had a small net income of $0.1 million, compared to a net loss of $12.1 million in the year-ago quarter.

In July, the company completed a public offering generating total estimated net proceeds of $64.8 million.
