iVillage/NBC Sells Of Public Affairs Group Division To Working Mother Media

iVillage has done some trimming of its brand portfolio now that it is settled under NBCU: it has sold off its Public Affairs Group, including its Diversity Best Practices, Business Women’s Network, and Best Practices in Corporate Communications divisions to magazine company Working Mother Media.
WMM produces magazines, conferences, research and websites that focus on work life balance, advancement of women and diversity in the workplace. Its flagship consumer magazine is Working Mother. Public Affairs Group, and its included holdings, was founded in 1988.
