Industry Moves: Guardian; ITV; Audible-ShowWiki

-- Guardian hires digital development head: Guardian Newspapers has appointed Tom Turcan to the new role of head of digital media development. Turcan, the chairman of publishing services company Dovetail, will be responsible for Guardian Unlimited’s software development and systems teams, and will work closely with Emily Bell, the Guardian Unlimited editor-in-chief - who has been made GNL’s director of digital content - and the rest of the company’s board to expand its digital activities. This is the fourth senior promotion at The Guardian this year following Bell’s move, Simon Waldman’s move and Carolyn McCall’s appointment as CEO for GMG in May.
-- ITV appoints head of mobile: UK’s ITV has appointed Melissa Goodwin of production company Fremantle Media to head its mobile division, a newly created role.
-- Former Audible.com Executive Joins ShopWiki: ShopWiki, the shopping search engine started by DoubleClick founder Kevin Ryan, has named Shoshana Zilberberg-Winter as CMO. Zilberberg-Winter, a co-founder of Sixdegrees.com, comes to the company from Audible.com, where she was the VP of marketing.
