Demand Media Raises Another $100 Million For Domain-Names Media

The domain-name aggregation and “media” firm Demand Media, headed by ex-Intermix CEO Richard Rosenblatt, has received a whopping $100 million in its second round of funding. The new round was led by 3i and Oak Investment Partners, and also included Spectrum Equity Investors. The Santa Monica-based firm has now raised $220 million in total.
