CNET Acquires French Games Site GameKult; More Chinese Acquisitions

CNET Networks, which announced its Q206 earnings today, also mentioned some new acquisitions it did in the last couple of quarters:
-- First one is GameKult, a French online gaming information site...the sites is among the top two gaming sites in France with over one million users per month, the company said.
-- We mentioned last week about CNET buying Chinese appliance review site. Now, from its restated Q306 10-Q filing, some more undisclosed Chinese acquisitions: in Q2, it bought Western IT Networking Co., Ltd, a news and info site providing news, reviews, and information about IT products and digital products. Also, in Q3, we previously mentioned that it bought Xcar.com.cn, an online automobile destination. Now the filing says it also bought Gocar.com.cn
