Is this related to the much-vaunted “collaborative filtering” patent which Amazon.com has? Anyway, Cendant has sued Amazon on the recommendation feature on its site.
The company said Amazon.com is infringing this patent, issues to Cendant in August…
This is going to open up another can of worms, for sure…
