CBS To Combine Syndication Arms CBS Paramount, King World

CBS has formed the CBS Television Distribution Group to handle its a worldwide production, distribution and media sales, combining the resources of CBS Paramount Domestic Television, King World and CBS Paramount International Television into one.
King World CEO Roger King has been named CEO of the new group. Robert Madden and John Nogawski each are president and COO, with Armando Nunnez Jr. continuing as president of CBS Paramount International Television. Nogawski will also look after new media distribution.
