Blog Media Company Techdirt Gets $600K Funding

Techdirt, the blog media and biz-tech intelligence firm, has raised $600K in an insider round, reports PEHub. The firm, founded in 1997, runs a popular tech blog, and also has a customized info division as well as a conference. The Foster City, CA-based firm was started by Mike Masnick as an e-mail newsletter, and then moved early on into a blog format.
