ZVUE Gets Delisting Notice From NASDAQ

ZVUE (fka Handheld Entertainment) has received a delisting warning from the NASDAQ, as its shares have traded sub-$1.00 for 30 days. The parent company of eBaumsworld, and such sites as Dorks.com and Holylemons.com, has been deeply in the red, as its attempted to strategy shifts toward online entertainment from gadgets. The centerpiece of that shift was the eBaum’s acquisition, for up to $52 million. It has until October 15th to trade above $1.00 for at least 10 consecutive days. Release.
