Yahoo Board Agrees to Meet With Microsoft, Time Warner

By Joseph Weisenthal - Sat 12 Apr 2008 11:48 AM PST

What did Yahoo’s (NSDQ: YHOO) board do when it met on Friday? Apparently, it agreed to hold more meetings with its prospective suitors. Meetings with both companies are scheduled for the coming week. Meanwhile, Microsoft’s proposed partnership with News Corp (NYSE: NWS). is still looking an outlier possibility, but of course the events of just this past week busted a lot of folks’ brackets, so to speak.
