WaPo, PrezVid Connect For Election Coverage

By Staci D. Kramer - Tue 01 May 2007 02:25 AM PST

Not a huge deal by any means but another step in the adoption of user-gen media ... PrezVid.com, the video blog from Jeff Jarvis and partner Peter Hauck, has a deal to supply washingtonpost.com’s Politics’ section with coverage of the 2008 campaign though the eyes of YouTube and internet video. One of the first initiatives will be matching up voter questions with candidate answers. They’ll also produce shows critiquing candidate and voter video. The deal is part of the newspaper site’s expanded online coverage.
