By Joseph Weisenthal - Mon 25 Feb 2008 11:19 AM PST

McLean, VA-based Mixx, a Digg-like social news site, has raised an additional $2 million from past investor Intersouth Partners. In addition to its first raise last October, the company has taken a strategic investment from the LA Times.
