Social Net Widget Maker Rock You Closes Second Round Financing

Widget provider Rock You has received an undisclosed amount of second round funding from Partech International. Founded in 2006, RockYou serves over 150 million widget views per day to over 200 countries. Partech led the round with existing investors Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed Ventures. The funding is intended to go towards developing and distributing the company’s suite of widgets for social networking sites, blog networks and photo hosting websites. Release
