Sirius/XM Set Merger Vote; DOJ Wants More Info

While XM (NSDQ: XMSR) and Sirius (NSDQ: SIRI) continue to wait and see whether any of the various regulatory bodies will attempt to block their merger, the companies said in a SEC filing that November, 13th will be the date of the shareholder vote.  Meanwhile, Sirius CEO Mel Karmazin says that the DOJ wants more information from the companies before making a decision, according to a Bloomberg wire story; no details. Karmazin expects a resolution in the fourth quarter. Filing.
