Product Review Site TopTenREVIEWS Gets $6 Million First Round

TopTenREVIEWS, a technology review site, has raised a $6 million first round from Highway 12 Ventures and Village Ventures. The Ogdan, Utah-based company will use the money to add employees and generally continue its growth strategy. The company offers rankings for stuff like web-filtering software, language learning software and consumer gadgets. Of course this is a pretty crowded area, with competitors ranging from big sites like CNET (NSDQ: CNET) to plenty of user-gen versions. Release.
