Philadelpha Style Mag Sold To Publisher Niche Media; Includes DCStyle.com, ACConfidential.com

Philadephia Style, a lifestyle magazine for Philadelphia, has sold itself to Niche Media, a publisher of regional magazines. In addition to the flagship publication and its website, the deal also includes online properties DCStyle and ACConfidential. Philadelphia Style was founded in 1997, and in 2004, it was bought out by CEO Dana Spain-Smith. Niche Media, whose regional titles include AspenPeak and Gotham, was founded by CEO Jason Binn in 1998. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Release.
