Adzilla, a Vancouver-based online ad startup, has raised $10 million in its first round of fuding, according to a regulatory filing, picked up by PEHub. Investors in the round include Alloy Ventures and Norwest Venture Partners. The company was bought by another online ad tech company Conducive last year.
AdZilla’s technology monitors user behavior through ISPs, and then serves targeted ads, which sounds controversial to me. More on the company here.
