NBA And Turner To Make Digital Management Deal Official Tomorrow

By Rafat Ali - Wed 16 Jan 2008 11:41 PM PST

As we have been covering for the last few months, NBA has been in talks to hand over its digital operations to Turner, and the two will make it official at an announcement tomorrow, reports THR. Turner Sports will manage the 24-hour cable channel NBA TV, as well as NBA.com...NBA will still own the properties, of course. We will have more from the announcement tomorrow.

Turner Sports New Media group also handles PGA and Nascar’s digital properties, and there have been reports about it being in talks with Major League Soccer to run its online operations.
