More on Gaiam’s Health Lifestyle Sites Rollup: Total Price Paid: $10 Million

Some more details on Gaiam (Nasdaq: GAIA) , the lifestyle health and personal development media company, buying Zaadz, Lime Media, and majority ownership of Conscious Enlightenment (we reported on it yesterday)...in its Q2 earnings announcement today, it said the total total price paid for above companies was about $10 million. The new Gaia.com community site will be led by Eddie Dombrower, who joins Gaiam as president of the division. He was previously SVP at Match.com, where he launched Chemistry.com.
