Liberty Media (NSDQ: LINTA) and IAC (NSDQ: IACI) have officially settled their differences; Liberty agreed to drop its appeal as long as it is guaranteed representation on the boards of each of IAC’s spin-offs, among other things. Some history of the news in links:
