Dallas, TX-based RiseSmart, a job search site targeting +$100k jobs, has raised a $1.5 million seed round from various angels. Among the investors are Craig Stamm, former CFO of CareerBuilder and Headhunter.net, Mark Hamden of HRSmart and Louis Ramery, SVP of Sears Holding. The company describes itself as a hybrid between a traditional job board and a concierge or headhunter service, as individuals are assigned to help out job searchers.
