Industry Moves: WBTVG; SI Digital; Here

Warner Bros. TV Group: Rich Sutton has been appointed SVP-digital media sales and will run a new unit devoted to just that; the unit will sell digital ads for WBTVG sites currently being sold by WB Online. He’ll report to Michael Teicher, EVP-media sales. (Via Variety.)

SI Digital: Ken Fuchs returns to SI Digital as VP-GM for Golf.com and recently acquired FanNation.com; he will have day-to-day P&L and business management responsibilities for both and will manage the overall relationship with Time Inc. Interactive. In addition, Fuchs will take the lead for SI Digital when it comes to traffic partnerships and potential acquisitions. Fuchs leaves FIM, where he was VP-strategy and development for FIM Sales; before that, though, he was SI.com’s director of business development for six years.
-- Stacey Vollman has been promoted to VP-GM for SI.com and SIKids.com responsible for P&L and growth strategies; she’ll continue to lead the business side of all video programming/partnerships as well oversee the increased focus on mobile offerings across the SI Digital network.
-- Marcella Regniault has been promoted to executive director-SI Digital operations and planning, responsible for the day-to-day operations and ad serving back-end for all four sites.

here Networks: Jeff Elgart has been appointed SVP-corporate advertising sales and sponsorships, responsible for advertising and sponsorship for both media and branded entertainment across all platforms including network television, online, broadband and publishing. Most recently, Elgart was SVP at Access 360 Media; before that, he headed network ad sales for MTV’s Logo.
