Industry Moves: NAMG; Travel Ad Network; ContextWeb; CCC; Image Metrics

-- North American Membership Group: Bryan Ellis, former president of Betelsmann A.G.’s Direct Group in China, joins as president and CEO, succeeding Nancy Evensen. While at Bertelsmann, Ellis was SVP of its Bookspan venture with Time Warner (NYSE: TWX) and VP-international product development for the company’s online division.

-- Travel Ad Network: Brian Silver has been promoted to president. Prior to joining the company last December as its COO, he served as COO for Did-it Search Marketing and as VP-operations for IAC Advertising.

-- ContextWeb: Two promotions ... Shanthini Sarkar is now the company’s chief product officer and Jay Sears is EVP-strategic products and business development. In her new role, Sarkar, previously SVP-operations and product management, will have additional channel sales and partnerships responsibilities and will supervise the Contextual Reach Extension for publishers and vertical ad networks. Sears will now spearhead strategy, direction and operation of the ADSDAQ Exchange; he had been SVP-strategic products and business development.

--Copyright Clearance Center: A. Miles McNamee has joined CCC as VP-business development, where he will expand licensing and rights-management services as well as establish new licensing and distribution relationships for audio and video content. He previously spent 11 years with Starz Entertainment Group, where he was most recently SVP-affiliate marketing.

-- Image Metrics: Dave Rolston has joined the company’s board of directors. He is currently chairman and CEO of Forterra Systems and was previously VP of engineering for ATI.
