Industry Moves: MySpace; Sprint; Vehix; CGS; IHT; IAC; Fox

-- MySpace: Jeff Berman has been promoted to EVP-marketing and content from GM-MySpaceTV. He will lead the development of marketing initiatives and oversee the growth of the social network’s various franchises, He reports to CEO and co-founder Chris DeWolfe. Berman joined the company in 2006 as SVP-public affairs.
-- Sprint: CFO Paul Saleh, CMO Tim Kelly, and Mark Angelino, president of sales and distribution, are leaving the company effective this Friday. More at our sister site mocoNews.org.
-- Vehix: Meade Camp joins as its COO. He will lead the effort to expand distribution, local video production partnerships and quality content aggregation. Most recently, he was senior director-interactive sales at NBC Local Media.
-- Championship Gaming Series: CGS announced its new executive team, consisting of Geoff Stevens as COO, Michael Burks as executive producer, Kieve Huffman as SVP-business development and sales, Michael Widman as general counsel, Scott Valencia as SVP-operations and Jason Katz as VP-global marketing. They join CEO and commissioner Andy Reif. (Release.)
-- International Herald Tribune: Publisher Michael Golden is returning to New York to focus on his position as vice chairman at the New York Times Co (NYSE: NYT). Stephen Dunbar-Johnson is his successor, effective immediately. Dunbar-Johnson, with the IHT for 10 years, most recently was EVP. His main goals are to develop new revenue sources and increase integration with NYT. (IHT.)
-- IAC: Craig Smith has been promoted CEO of ServiceMagic, Inc. from SVP-consumer division. He will report to chairman and CEO Barry Diller. ServiceMagic co-founders Rodney Rice and Michael Beaudoin will transition to co-chairmen and serve as advisers. (Release.)
-- Fox News : Former MTVN (NYSE: VIA) SVP Bob Flood has been named VP-integrated sales and insights for Fox News and Fox Business Network. The Hollywood Reporter says he will report to Paul Rittenberg, senior VP-advertising sales, and will be responsible for selling its television and digital assets, as well as the Dow Jones partnership and advertising vehicles. Prior to working at MTVN, Flood was executive VP, director-electronic media and chief strategist at Optimedia International.
