Digital marketing firm Ybrant Technologies has bought Oridian, an online ad agency headquartered in Europe with offices in the U.S. and Latin America. Financial terms were not disclosed. Our sister site, ContentSutra reports that the acquisition was made for roughly $13 million. Release

Based in Hyderabad, India, Ybrant operates as a holding company with a focus on search marketing agencies. In October, M. Suresh Reddy, chairman and managing director of Ybrant, told the Business Standard that the company had signed letters of intent to acquire two unidentified American companies; the piece cited an unidentified source as estimating that the acquisitions would be in the $5- to $10 million range.
