In-Game Ad Net IGA Worldwide Gets $4 Million Add-On To $25 Million Second Round

In-game ad network IGA Worldwide has raised an additional $4 million as part of its second round funding, which is now at $29 million, a rep for the company said. Investors in Translink Capital, Presidio STX, a unit of Sumitomo and Itochu. Last July, IGA raised $25 million from GE/NBCU’s Peacock Equity fund, KTB Ventures and previous investors. To date, IGA has raised roughly $46 million overall. Its first round closed at $17 million in the summer of 2006. IGA plans to use this latest funding for further global expansion efforts, particularly in Asia. Release.
