Editor’s Note: IAC Press Release Was Faked

Our post earlier in the day about an IAC stock buyback was based on a faked press release sent by email. We have been in touch with the company and they are looking into the matter. We regret the error.

Can’t find it anywhere… hmmm…

maybe because:

A). It’s fake and
B). It was emailed to them
