Google Invests In India’s Erasmic Early Stage Fund

By Rafat Ali - Fri 16 Feb 2007 10:38 AM PST

From ContentSutra: We’d told you about Google investing in Seed Fund last month. Now ET in India reports that Google has also invested in Erasmic Venture Fund. The amount of investment in either fund remains undisclosed.
Erasmic is a Bangalore-based early stage venture fund that has made two investments: SEO and Marketing services company Position2 and travel information portal India Resorts Survey (now called Holiday IQ). Apparently, they’re looking to focus on investing in Bangalore-based companies.
