Forbes Takes 51 Percent Stake in RealClearPolitics; Confirms Purchase of Clipmarks

Forbes Media is taking a 51 percent stake in popular politics site RealClearPolitics.com. The site, which claims 1,000,000 users per month, will join other Forbes.com assets, helping the unit expand its politics coverage. At the same time, the company has confirmed the long-rumored acquisition of social bookmarking service Clipmarks, first reported in early August. More to come. Release. (via SAI)
