EyeWonder Buys German Interactive Ad and Streaming Firm Vendi

EyeWonder, the Atlanta, U.S.-based developer of rich media and digital video solutions for online ads, has acquired Cologne, Germany-based Vendi Interactive, the digital interactive ad firm and vendor of online-streaming technology. Vendi interactive will change its name to EyeWonder and retain its client base, which includes agencies such as GroupM and others. Price was not disclosed.

EyeWonder is also expanding its UK and Ireland presence, it said...it has opened a new London office and it has doubled its Dublin office’s staff. Additionally, EyeWonder has named Barry
Bedford its managing director of the UK and Ireland. Bedford was previously the managing director of EyeWonder’s Dublin office. More in release here.
