Primedia (NYSE: PRM) reported slight gains in 4Q earnings and revenue as it prepared to sell off its Enthusiast division. The company’s total revenue was $210 million, an increase of 0.7 percent from $209 million for the same period the year before. Operating income for the quarter was $30.8 million versus $29.1, a 5.8 percent gain.
The picture wasn’t much different for the Enthusiast segment, which reported 4Q revenue of $130.3 million compared to $128.7 million year-over-year.
Following the sale, Primedia will consist of one segment, Consumer Source.  For this year, Primedia expects its Consumer Guides Segment to deliver “mid-single digit percentage” revenue, reflecting revenue growth in New Home Guide, Auto Guide. Earnings release | Webcast
