Content Conversion Firm Olive Software Gets $5 Million Funding

Olive Software, the content conversion and electronic edition software firm, which last year was almost bought by Google, has now received $5 million. The round was led by BlueCrest Capital Finance of London, reports VentureWire (via VentureBeat)

The Santa Clara, Calif. company’s technology converts PDF documents, microfilm and any other files to XML, an also provides digital magazine software to media companies.
