B2B Lead Gen Network Tippit Gets Funding

B2B content network Tippit has just received an undisclosed amount of funding from LightSpeed for lead generation efforts, according to Alarm Clock. Tippit is building a B2B content network that currently includes VoipNews, Daily Wireless, DailyIPTV, among others. AC suggests that instead of licensing content, Tippit has hired freelance bloggers and program managers to publish content for each of its sites. Tippit was founded by CTO Shane Holland, who was VP Engineering/CTO at Adteractive and CEO Scott Albro who was VP Business Development at Covalent.
