By Rafat Ali - Wed 23 Apr 2008 12:06 PM PST

AtomicOnline, the online media company based in Los Angeles, has made another small acquisition: it has bought theFashionSpot, an online fashion news, info and community site. The site, founded in 2001, started as an invitation-only community of designers, stylists and fashionistas, and now says it has over 1 million unique visitors each month, with close to 70,000 registered members. Terms were not disclosed.

Atomic now has brands such as CraveOnline.com (for men), SheKnows.com (for women) and TeenCrunch.com (for teens), and their respective family of network sites. More in release.
