AOL CFO Departs; So Does AOL UK CMO

Couple of senior AOL departures:
-- first, AOL CFO Steve Swad is leaving (first reported by Valleywag) will join a private-equity firm...CEO Randy Falco said Swad will stay with the company until a replacement is in place. He described the decision as voluntary and personal. Swad became CFO in 2003 following a stint as an EVP at sister company Turner Broadcasting.
-- Tobin Ireland, the CMO at AOL UK, is set to leave the company as part of cutbacks in its marketing department in the UK. Ireland is a former commercial director at broadcaster BSkyB. In addition to Ireland’s departure, AOL UK’s director of communications Jonathan Lambeth will be leaving his post after more than four years in the role.
